see sebc category actually fall in obc category, sebc category certificate is not applicable  for ews reservation. and ews (economically weaker section) certificate is applicable for those , who are general category, dont have any other of category certificate, family income is less than 8 lakhs annually, and they should satisfy some other property criteria. such as

His/her family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land

residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.

residential plot's area should be below 100 square yards if in a notified municipality sector.

residential plot's area should be below 200 square yards if in a non-notified municipality sector.
