As soon as you get to know that you're selected for a government medical college's seat via NEET, you can easily leave your college on that basis.
Rather, you can even leave the course or previous college, the next day of taking admission. So, there is no problem at all in these things. A student can leave his or her course or college in between. There may be penalty in some colleges.
This same thing cannot happen, if the field is Medical , because one have to pay the big penalty amount for leaving the college as because of him or her some other student got affected by not getting the seat.
