You can write the UPSC CSE exam as the criteria for UPSC exam is to get a degree from a recognized University. I will provide more details for the exam:
- Exam Date:9july 2020
- Admit card: 24 July - 9 August 2020
- Exam pattern:
- Paper-1: 200 Marks, 2 hours
- paprer-2:300, 3 hours
- Total Marks: 500
- Paper-1 Subjects:General Studies, Engineering aptitude
- Paper-2 Subjects:Specific discipline

yes , you can apply for upsc cse . distance education in 11th ,12th ,graduation is eligible to apply for upsc cse.
