Well I think it is quite clear to you that there is no way to secure a medical seat under 15% AIQ but still there may be a little corner if you consider the seats under 85% state quota only if you belong to states like WB ,UP and such others with many MBBS seats and yet higher chances in private medical colleges. However all of the above holds if you are a general category candidate. I’m telling so coz I know someone who got 385 marks and secured a seat under state quota in NEET 13.
In case if you have a category other than general(like SC,ST etc.) , then there is bigger chances for you to get selected under 85% state quota.
Coming to your question as well, score 390 with increased level of competition and expected increase in cut off this year can cause a problem but you can anyways try your luck in the medical college admission through 85% state quota.
