No, if you wish to give jee advanced then you need to clear the cut off for jee mains to get qualified for jee advanced and in addition to that there is no connection with wbjee whether you pass or fail.
In addition to this in jee advanced you need to acquire a minimum cut off in each of the three papers so that you are eligible to get into IITs. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

If you wish to appear for the JEE Advanced Examination and dream to take admission in Indian Institute of Technology or IITs then it is must for you to qualify JEE Mains Examination first.
You cannot appear for JEE Advanced Examination after giving WBJEE.
Also there are certain criterion you have to fulfil such as -
• Performance in JEE (Main) 2021: Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000* successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. Paper of JEE (Main).
• The percentages of various categories of candidates to be shortlisted are: 10% for GEN-EWS, 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and the remaining 40.5% is OPEN for all. Within each of these five categories, 5% horizontal reservation is available for PwD candidates.
