can a student studying in class 12th give the SSC MTS Exam?

The eligibility criteria to appear for SSC Multi Tasking Staff is that a candidate must have passed Class 10th as on January 1, 2021. The minimum education requirement is class 10th. So yes, you are eligible to appear for SSC MTS if you have passed class 10th prior to 10+2. The date of passing in the qualifying exam that is class 10th must be on or before January 1, 2021.
Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18-25 years of age to be eligible to apply for the SSC MTS examination. Candidates must have passed class 10th or equivalent from a recognized university.
Non eligible candidates will not be issued SSC MTS Admit Card. You can give SSC MTS exam.
SSC MTS Eligibility 2021: Educational Qualification
According to SSC MTS Eligibility, the candidate must have passed matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board as of August 1, 2021. In case a candidate does not pass the qualifying examination before the closing date of receipt of the application form, he or she is not permitted to apply.
