Hope you are doing well . See to get admission in BDS,BAMS and BHMS ,you do need to appear for NEET and qualify NEET . You can't take admission into different colleges offering these courses without qualifying the exam. So if one hasn't qualified the exam ,one can't take admission into the mentioned courses. You'll have to score the prescribed cutoff as given by NTA .

I hope you are doing well. I'm sorry to tell but it is not possible for a candidate to get an admission for BDS/BAMS/BHMS or BVSC without qualifying NEET examination.
