can a telangana native student apply for andhra pradesh (85% quota) state counselling for neet ug 2020?? beacause i heard that for 10 years i.e. 2014 to 2024 telangana students can apply for andhra colleges and vice versa.... is it true??

Dear Aspirant,
If you want to apply for Andhra Pradesh state NEET 2020 counselling then you must have Andhra Pradesh domicile. Telangana native student can't apply through Andhra Pradesh state counselling to get seat in medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh. If you are interested in taking admission in government medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh then you can apply through All India Counselling.
To get domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh you must clear the following eligibility criteria:
1.Candidate must be the permanent resident of AP.
2.Candidates staying in AP from previous seven years can also apply to get domicile of AP.
