Can a three year technical diploma holder from state board of technical education, kerala after 10th eligible for 5 year LLB entrance?
The minimum eligibility to pursue LLB is to have a graduation degree and qualify the entrance test. Admission to LLB courses is usually offered through entrance examinations. However, few colleges like SRM University and few more provide admission to this course on the basis of merit.
Good luck!
Hello,
Since you have completed your diploma from Kerala, and from your profile too it seems that you belong to Kerala, hence I'm answering this question from the perspective of KLEE which is conducted at state level for admission to various law colleges in Kerala for three years as well as five years integrated law courses, the eligibility criteria for five years integrated law course is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 45% aggregate, in case of SEBC it's 42%, for SC/ST it's 40%, if you haven't done 10+2 then you are not eligible to appear for this exam, for your clarity, please go through last year official notification at http://cee-kerala.org/docs/llb5_2020/prospectus_llb_five.pdf
