Shagun, UP Board is a recognised board and so if you have studied from UP Board, you can appear for NEET subjective to fulfilling the NEET eligibility criteria.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
• No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of the year of admissions
• You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
• 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
• NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

If you want to appear for NEET in Hindi, while filling the application form, you should select "Hindi" as your language and along with Hindi, the questions will also be given in English.

Yes, you can apply for NEET UG 2020. Anyone can apply for neet but he/she should be passed or appearing 12th from any recognized board. If you want to give exam in hindi then you need to choose hindi as a language in options during NEET form filling.
