Yes, You can apply. It takes admission through three channels - JEE, SCB and KVPY. Candidates must qualify the JEE Advanced exam & secure a rank within 10,000 in Common Rank List (CRL). Relaxation: For candidates belonging to the reserved category (OBCNC, SC, ST, PD), their rank should be within 10,000 ranks under the respective category. IISER stands for Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research which is one of the famous Institution of India which offers education in the field of science & research. If your question is regarding BS-MS degree offered by IISERs then as per the official website it clearly states that candidates who passed out class 12th in 2020 or are about to pass in 2021 are eligible to apply, hence as per this you're not eligible to apply as you are already a graduate, you can check out the detailed information by visiting the official website at http://www.iiseradmission.in/faq.html
