Well to begin with I would say absolutely yes!!
The reason for the following are -
1 most of the questions asked in the exam are ncert based which can be easily answered by any average student who is willing to work hard.
2 The exam tests your speed And accuracy more than vast knowledge base infact you don't even need to follow too many sources to prepare for the exam.
3 Moreover I think ones intelligence can never be judged by board exams ,so even if u have got average marks in boards , don't worry.Prepare for NEET it is a very different exam.

Coaching is 50 % , but without 50% of self study, your coaching efforts will turn into zero.
Never miss any test and work on calculations and speed& accuracy.
