On 22nd june  in information brochure ews in private colleges for mbbs was considered but some parents of open category wrote a letter to Directorate of Medical Education and Research raising the issue that it is not possible without increasing the no. of seats. So on 25th june in TOI it was written 700 more mbbs seats will be increased.
