Dear Meena, unfortunately no. You cant be a regular student and pursue an active course from a Government Medical College. You will have to resign from your current position and pursue MD Radiodiagnosis. This is because once you take up the new course, you will be workung under the new department and with 2 positions, it mught beca conflict of interest.
