You should have mentioned your caste category so that as per your category, the student experts could be able to tell whether you will be able to get a seat in veterinary science or not. Though you have a NCC certificate, with a huge rank of 35138, there is no chance of getting a seat in veterinary science. If we assume from your secured rank in AP EAMCET 2020 and previous year cutoff trend category wise, this is as follows-

However, it's a rough assumption and the cutoff varies year wise. Better try to score more so that you will be in the minimum qualifying rank range and be eligible to get a seat in veterinary science.
