Firstly congratulations in getting into amazing IT companies such as Accenture oand IBM. Through extensive research , I would suggest Accenture over IBM as it has a better work environment , opportunites for growth and flexible working hours. Nevertheless it's completely upto you , the role you're offered , pay and other benefits.
