Can any one tell me that do private medical colleges like kims, banglore reduce fees for students who have scored 550 marks in neet ug?

Hi Harsh,.
No there is no such provision of fees reduction in private colleges anywhere. If you have scored 550 in Neet ug then it only improves your chances of getting admission in a private college as in you'll ranked high up in COMEDK merit list and you can choose any of the private colleges.
