I also had Similar query. But as per I got to know those who did basic registration in Nov 2018 need not do it again as our profiles already exist in aiims pg logon. I even enquired by calling up the aiims pg helpline. You can also enquire. And kindly look for dates on aiims pg site. They were released on the site sometime back.

You can check for your profile by logging in for basic registration for 2020 session. While I was trying to do basic registration and entered aadshar card details, it said that the details already exist.

dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question.The application form of AIIMS PG 2020 is available for the candidates from 29th June for MD/MS/M.Ch/DM. The last date to complete basic registration is till 27th August 2019. For July session it will be available from 3rd week of October 2019.
Candidates can fill their application form by online mode through the official website of AIIMS PG. Application form process will be completed only after the completion of submission of application fee.
