can anybody please explain me what is the difference between BHU OPEN QUOTA (BON) and management/paid seats...please help somebody...please

BHU open quota means the seats in the course that are available to all by general admission procedure which is done by entrance test, merit list preparation, counseling. Paid quota seat is available after open quota seat is filled. More details about paid quota can be known from respective faculty of bhu
