can anyone apply more than application in multiple colleges? As an undergraduate, i choose ba course, but I failed to finalized single college, therefore, can I apply application form for ba course in multiple colleges, like in Bhu, du, jmi,?

The answer is "Yes" definitely.
An individual can apply to more than in one college. If the individual can't select one college. Then there is no problem in applying to more than one college or even in the different course is completely fine. The final result depends upon the student if he/she got selected in more than 2 colleges.
