can anyone clear the difference between B.ED in private mode and B.ED in distance mode
Hello ,
There are many institute which offers the B.Ed degree programme in distance mode which is gaining more popularity among the graduates.
Regular B.Ed programme
- duration of programme is 2 years
- Applicants should be a graduate or postgraduate in either engineering/science/Commerce/arts stream form a recognised board.
- Graduate students should have minimum aggregate of 50% and postgraduate should have minimum 55% in their qualifying exam.
- Students have to visit their respective University / institute on regular basis.
- You have to study as per the schedule provided by the University
- Campus placement opportunities are available to the students.
Distance B.Ed programme
- duration 02-05 years
- Qualifications same as above
- You don't have to go to college regularly to pursue the intended programme.
- Study schedule is flexible
- Students have to find job opportunities on their own and no help is provided by the college or Institute in this matter .
Hope I cleared your doubt . Good Luck!!
If you apply B.Ed in private mode, you just have to fill the examination form directly of that particular university for B.Ed and then sit for the examination.
However, in distance mode, that particular university will register you as a candidate and then , study material is provided in the print out form by the institute itself. Personal Contact Programme (PCP) classes are also held in each semester which you have to attend . Your doubts will be cleared by the faculty itself like a regular classroom. Semester fees is also paid per semester just like a regular candidate.
Hope your doubt is cleared .
