Can anyone do MBA after any bachelors degree??

Yes...
You can persue MBA after completing any bachelor's degree in any stream be it Science, Commerce, Arts...
But the candidates only need to score minimum 50% marks in any bachelor's degree be it BA, BBA, B Com, B Sc, or any other undergraduate degree. Further as u may know that the admission in MBA course on the basis of your entrance exam scores.
Some of the entrance exams are:- CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc,.

afcource MBA is the Degree for which You must need To do a bechelors Degree with the score More then 50%.
There are lots of exams by which you can Do MBA In top most B schools in India & Outsidr also.
The list of exams are below.
CAT,XAT,CMAT,SNAP,IIFT,NMAT,MAT,GMAT,SRCC,KCET,ICET,UPSEE..
For all the exams the minimum eligibility is 3 years or more bechlor degree with 50%+ score for General Category & 45% of score for SC ST category
