For the counselling process for the NEET2019, candidate has to follow the given steps in order to have the admission through NEET.

• first candidate has to regidter online on the website of the counselling committee of the respective state and the rollno and password is generated.
  
• After that the candidate can login via the id and password generated above.
  
• Then you have to fill the personal details like name, roll no., contact no. etc.
  
• Then the details will be shown that you have entered then press confirm after checking the details.
  
• After the registration click on the available choices tab where you have the choices available according to your marks.
  
• Then select the colleges based on the preference either medical or dental.
  
• Then after filling the choices of the various colleges, press on the lock choices.
  
• After that you will be allotted the seats based on your merit and marks and the choices you have filled.
  
• Then after you have to confirm yourseat by paying the tution fees within the time limit.
  
• After paying of the fees, your seat will be confirmed.
  

The entire process of the counselling will be conducted by the concerned state's counselling committee.

The counselling of NEET  for the 85% State Quota seats of government colleges and all the private colleges is conducted by the respective state authorities.Since, the colleges of Jammu and Kashmir do not participate in the centralised counselling, therefore, the counselling for all the seats will be conducted by the state counselling body. The list of NEET qualified candidates will be given to the states. Each state will release its own merit list, schedule and application form. The state will also apply the domicile rules as per their policies.
