1. You can be an Indian Citizen/NRI/OCI/ Foreign National.
2. You should be atleast 17 years as on December 31st of the year of admission. For example, of you are appearing for NEET 2020, you should be turning 17 at;east by December 31st of the year of admission.
3. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology as Compulsory subjects. Now lets say you did not study Biology as a core subject in your 12th, you can study Biology as an additional subject from NIOS and still be eligible for NEET.
4. You need to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
5. Candidates appearing for their 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects also can appear for NEET. But such Candidates' admission is provisional subjective to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
6. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET and you can appear for NEET as many times as you want provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria.
