Hello Avinash,
Taking admission in 10th cut off if you were eligible in 9th will depends on college in which your will get admission. Because if colleges do not have vacant seats in that particular subject than its not possible also various colleges do not give admission in next cut off if you were already eligible in previous cut off.
So you can try for admission. All the best.
