Can anyone from outside Tamil Nadu state can apply for Govt. seats?

In order to apply for the Government seats you should have the domicile of the state or meet the other criteria other wise you can apply for only private colleges management quota seats.
If you don't belong Tamilnadu & wish to take admission there then you can go only for the management quota seats without domicile.
