Can anyone get admission in mbbs without qualifying neet through any kind of quota?

No, there is no chance. You cannot enter into any medical colleges without qualifying neet even in private colleges also. There is no quota for that. If mbbs is your aim then try again, crack the neet in next year. Prepare well and clear neet.
