There are many colleges/ University offer distance learning programme in B.Sc, Here are some of the colleges given below, You can prfer:

Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad

Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata etc.
