Hello aspirant,
The NEET syllabus expects you to have basic knowledge in Physics, Chemistry an Biology sections of class 11 and 12, followed from an NCERT book. Though the questions seldom come from NCERT books, the books are referred to get an idea about the detailed syllabus. This year, due to the pandemic situation, the respective state governments have asked the NTA to reduce certain aspects of the syllabus. Though they haven't yet mentioned the revised syllabus for 2021 but here's a link that might help you:

All the best!
The MHRD did announce that NEET 2021 is going to be conducted with reduced syllabus. But we do not know the official syllabus yet. So until the official syllabus is released, sticking to NCERT books is the best option. Once the syllabus has been released, all the publications will release the updated versions and then you can by other books. But for now, sticking to NCERT is an ideal strategy.
