Yes you can join an IAS academy that is the national level paper and we must have to prepare ourselves for this.
But as per your case basically the academies and coaching centre are available to you with the start up but I will recommend you that don't take the coaching in 12th time basically at that time you can do self study which it includes of
History ncert books-6th to 12th
Geography ncert books-6th to12th
Political science ncert books-6th to 12th
Mainly maths till class 10th
Make your English at an increase or high level after that you can continue with the things
Daily current affairs
International relations study
