For physics,optics is must both the wave optics and geometrical optics.
Thermodynamics.
Heat.
Rotational mechanics.
Work power and energy
Semiconductors.
Current and electricity.
Electrostatics.
Magnetic effect of current.
All portion of waves like shm, sound.
For biology,
Everything is obviously very very important but chapters like-
Human Reproduction.
Reproductive health.
Ecology whole unit.
Genetics again whole unit.
Plant physiology.
Human physiology.
Biotechnology.
Plant reproduction.
These are like zest of biology .
For chemistry-
In physical chemistry they don't ask very tough numericals try to cover all chapters of class 12th and from 11th chapters like thermodynamics,equilibrium are major topics.
You will have to read whole organic as there is no favourite portion of the question setters,they ask anything from anywhere in organic but NCERT is again enough for organic.
For inorganic chemical bonding is a must then coordination compounds,p and d block these are major topics. They usually don't ask questions from hydrogen or s block.
Lastly few chapters like environmental chemistry, surface chemistry are the chapters which we usually ignore ..never do that,these chapters are very scoring.
