Can anyone please help me to deffrentiate between B.Tech and B.Sc ? What is the difference between these two courses ?
Hey Rajesh, Thanks for choosing career360. I will try my best to find your query. Bsc in computer science is the three year graduation programme which will teach you to basics of computer applications. This course is best for those who have family issues and financial crisis because the fees of this course is very low and duration is only 3 years while the duration of Btech is 4 year. If a candidate have a special interest on computer science and he is not getting admission in Btech than Bsc is best for them. While a candidate is full of time and had good financial background he has to go with Btech in computer science. Btech is four year degree programme which is more technical than the Bsc. This course give you a good knowledge and deeper course content. you will more learn about coding and get better future options. FIRST year of Btech consist of a rooted syllabus which is almost same as other branches of the Btech. After the first year a student get more knowledge about the computer science. Getting a admission in good college of Btech ensures you a placement and best possible knowledge. I will personally suggest you to go for Btech but the final call is your's by seeing other factors. Hope this will help you.
Good Luck
But , If I want to become a Computer Science teacher then in this case which course will be more beneficial for me ?
Hi Rajesh Chandra Saha !

Also course contents and syllabus level is somewhat easier than that of B.Tech, so you may spare some good amount of time for other responsibilities or commitments.
- Fees are less compare to B.Tech course.

Moreover after completion of BSc CS, you are eligible for applying in MCA (which can be considered as equivalent to B.Tech CS)
Benefits of B.Tech.:
- You will get more technical exposure in B.Tech. compare to B.Sc. CS. Moreover, First year of B.Tech course comprises of Basic knowledge of various Engineering fields like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, Mathematics, etc. Which can be very helpful in your career.
- If you get selected for B.Tech in CS then undoubtedly you will be getting better course contents and deeper knowledge of Computer science and its subjects.
