So, with regard of you're query. The University Grants Commission (UGC) intends to stop offering the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree starting in 2022–2023. The National Education Policy 2020, which offers a framework for restructuring and modernizing higher education in India, contains the finalized decision.

However, these are a few institutions where you can conduct clinical psychology research:

• Gandhinagar's Gujarat Forensic Sciences University.
• All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi.
• Gurgaon's Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentennial University.
• Noida's Amity University.

The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree will become invalid from 2022-23 onwards as the University Grants Commission (UGC) is planning to discontinue this degree. The decision is finalize in National Education Policy 2020 which provides a framework for reorganising and revamping higher education in India.

However, these are some universities where you can pursue your research in Clinical Psychology-

2. AIIMS Delhi - All India Institute of Medical Sciences New
3. Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurgaon
4. Amity University, Noida
