Hi. To take admission in the medical or dental colleges of another state, there are two ways to go by it
1. You apply for the all india counselling and take admission in the 15% of the seats reserved for All India Quota. This way you are eligible for all seats covered under AIQ (including government and private seats)
2. You can apply for the state counselling. But a non domicile candidate applying to the state counselling for MBBS/BDS is only eligible for the management seats.
So yes, you can apply for the counselling for NEET in Punjab but keep in mind you will only be eligible for the management seats in punjab.
The schedule for the mop up round of counselling has not been released yet, but keep in touch with the BFUHS official web site.
