Physics covers 25% of the questions in NEET exam, so definitely you can't ignore physics if you want to score good in the exam. But if you score very good in biology and chemistry then a little less score in physics can also be acceptable.
If we talk about study material, then first you have to make your basics very clear in physics as it is more about solving the numericals. For this you have to be focused in class 11th and 12th in physics. Physics can't be done by NCERT book so easily but solving NCERT questions can help you a lot. You can study from different reference books such as that of Pradeeps book for competitive exams - physics or H. C verma physics (if you find allen and akash's content difficult) . You can also practice the questions of NCERT exemplar.
Yes if you start working hard from now and practice physics daily along with other subjects , you can definitely score good or above average in physics. But do not ignore other subjects , that is , biology and chemistry.
