Hello there
As you must be knowing that the caste certificate is mainly obtained by the persons of reserved categories like as scheduled castes ,backward classes and Scheduled Tribes just to establish their candidature.
In Odisha the caste certificate is valid for lifetime.
Now coming to the domicile certificate a person applies for it when he or she intends to make the state his or her as a permanent residence.
The validity of the certificate extends for one year from the date of issuance.
Now as your certificate is of September 2021 then be sure it would be valid till the date of your counselling .
