Can anyone suggest a book containing chapter wise previous year CBSE board questions of outside delhi set class 12 for each subject (I want to solve these questions after completion of each chapter)?

You will not find any book in the market that will consists of CBSE questions specifically from outside delhi sets.You can buy books of Arihant publications or Oswal publication where you can find past year questions asked in CBSE board examinations.

For chapter wise question you can prefer for Arihant books as they provide you with all the question banks which is based on the latest CBSE curriculum. It also provides you with previous year examination papers
As you also asked for Online resources, you can download e-books from Oswaal books website,also they are another option
