Hello ,
There is no proper list of choices of colleges in JOSSA. But there is a way in which you should fill choice that is you should place the college and branch first which is most desired by you then you should put your second best option then third best and so on .
For eg - Suppose I want CSE in IIT Bombay , so I will keep it at first position then I think if I don't get CSE there I will go for CSE in IIT Delhi if not there then I will go for CSE in IIT Kanpur so I should keep IIT Bombay at 1st , IIT Delhi at 2nd and IIT Kanpur at 3rd and so on .
Remember one thing in choice filling there is no limit of choosing college you can choose as many as you want but keep in mind you should always search about which colleges you can get at your rank and then search for few colleges which are provided to someone better than your rank and to someone who got less rank than you and then among your list of choices fill the best college at top and fill rest choices in decreasing order of your preferred choice .
Hope this will help you.
Hello,
There is no ideal list for filling the choice of colleges in JoSAA counselling. There are 107 institutions participating in JoSAA counselling. You need to check the details of the colleges such as its fee, number of seats etc and make a list of colleges and branches in which you are interested. Give the first priority to the colleges and branches in which you are interested. For example you are interested in CSE then give first priority to that and later fill other branches. JoSAA has released the list of colleges and its details in 2019 you can refer that so that you can make a list https://josaa.nic.in/seatinfo/root/InstituteView.aspx
A mock seat allotment is also conducted in JoSAA 2020 counselling it may also help you.
Hi
The list would be different for each individual, however I can give you a general idea.
