first of all congratulations for getting a good score in class 12th and jee mains .
See there is no cheap private college in india and the one which are cheap is not giving proper education and are lacking in placements that is the reason for many colleges being closed recently. Only iit's and nit's fees is cheap which is also increasing every year. So to get into a cheap and good college for computer science iit is best and for that you need to get good in jee advance. You have scored a good percentile in jee but you need to prepare and achieve more so start preparing for april session . Otherwise there are hundred of private colleges having moderate fees for cs especially in delhi. you can directly take admission in them by visiting there college they will give you direct admission based on your jee rank.
