You can join ICAR as ARS Scientist where you can help farmers by doing high impact research solving farm problems
You can join state department of agriculture to serve and interact with farmers everyday, bringing the state funded schemes to farmers
You can join many Banks as AO where you will help a farmer financially
And all other govt jobs where a graduation is eligibility are included
Now coming to provate sector, there are thousands of companies manufacturing and selling starting from seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, insecticides, growth regulators etc required for agticulture. You can join here as a marketting officer or as a researcher
Above all, you can become an entrepreneur, as India is one of the biggest markets for agriculture and many lives depend on it
You can just opt for farming as well, be your own boss

Admission procedure: It depends on your state
ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) conducts AIAEE, an pan india entrance exam for BSc Agri where 25% of seats are reserved in every state agricultural universities. Remaining seats are alotted based on their state rules. Usually it will be a common entrance test or sometimes based on your 12th marks
For admission to Masters in agriculture, BSc Ag is a must. The entry mode is again same as for BSc Ag
