Hello,
It is not correct for a stranger to make a schedule for you. You know your strengths and weaknesses. We can help you to build on them. All you need to crack jee is in the form of ncert text books. If you are a student with great aptitude, try building your maths and physics knowledge. If you think you are hardworking and do not have great aptitude and iq, discipline plays a vital role for you. You need to work hard for chemistry, maths.
Try going through hc verma for physics, ncert textbooks for chemistry, and arihant/cengage publication works for maths.
Good luck
