Can anyone tell me how to focus on studies and to less use my phone. I more question came in my mind as I am preparing for jee mean I am going to be a engineering so what the profit as I see many person criticizing engineer this also demotivate me.

Its a genuine habit of people since ages that they will comment on you whether you do a right or wrong thing. The best option for that is to not listen to what others have to say. If you really want to be an engineer then let people say whatever they want. Now, coming to most important thing and that is your addiction of mobile. So, the best option for that you should keep your phone in a almirah or something and lock it and give the key to your mother. Everytime you waste your time just remind yourself your aim and purpose. Practice a good sleep and try to live with positive people. Exercise regularly for 10-15 minutes. Stay positive and devote your time in studies. Just remind yourself every time that all this hardwork will be very sweet once you will enter IITs or any top engineering college.
