Dear Hima, The Supreme Court has passed a judgement on Aadhar card constitutional validity in September 2018. According to the judgement, it restricts the government from linking Aadhaar with examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Examination, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for medical entrance and the University Grants Commission. AIIMS is an National level entrance examination and so this rule applies tonAIIMS as well. In short, you can still apply for AIIMS MBBS basic registration without Aadhar Card details.
