Yes Grameen for Jharkhand is valid but for Delhi is I don't think so.

I have check the list of valid boards of education.In that list, Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan(GMVSS),Delhi is present.If you are talking about this board then it is valid.
