Go to https://accounts.digitallocker.gov.in/signup/ and use the Aadhar number of you or your father or mother, then OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number which you will enter it in the website, then login, then clock on the CBSE logo down and enter your details from the Admit card exact, then see the issued documents where you will find the requested documents like migration, pass, mark sheets, etc...But remember to request one document at one time. To apply for Migration Certificate, you should send your application along with fee to the Deputy Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office(the state, where you have studied your 10th class). You can get your CBSE Regional Office address by visiting the following link http://www.cbse.nic.in/faq/dup.htm After completing this procedure, you will receive your Migration Certificate within 15 days, through post.
Yes,you'll get it by post, It will be delivered to the address you mentioned while filling up the form.
