Can anyone tell me which degree is better ba computer applications with maths from du(maharaja Agrasen college) or bca from IP University(kcc institute )

Both the courses mentioned by you are good in their respective fields.Both have the good future scope you can take admission in any one of them just see your field of interest.The course which you will take should not be a burden but you should enjoy that one course.So now choice is yours.
