Yes definitely he/she can take admission in Medical colleges of Bangalore either through AIQ counselling or through state quota counselling of Karnataka but note that if he/she appears for state quota counselling of Karnataka then he/she would be only eligible for private seats not for government seats because government seats are only kept reserved for candidates of Karnataka domicile.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET 2021

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have good chances of getting private seat in some colleges on such marks and category.
