Hello student,
actually it is completely depend on the college. Most of the undergraduate and postgraduate colleges arrange their admission program on the basis of merit marks of 10 + 2 level and some conducts examination.some colleges doesn't allow anyone to apply caste validity during the time of admission. hope this will help you
