No it is not possible for an Arts stream student to apply for Maharashtra common entrance test. The minimum basic eligibility criteria is to complete 10 + 2 Class level board examination and must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Hope you are doing great. So, with regard to your question, arts students in Maharashtra cannot give the MHT CET exam, it is only for the PCM and PCB students. However, there is a separate exam known MAH AAC CET for the students of arts and commerce, you can give that exam.

State CET Cell Maharashtra had released the official brochure of MHT CET examination including all the information and dates of examination. As per the eligibility rules, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics . So following this you would not be eligible for the examination as you you do not meet the required criteria.
