Hello Guatam,
Yes, definitely arts stream students can take admission in Bsc Home science but only in the paas course and not in honours course.
Only girls can take admission in a home science college.
I myself is a student of home science honours in Lady Irwin college.
For admission in bsc home science honours, a student should compulsorily have Sciences in his/ her class 12.

Definitely home science honours is better than home science pass course.
If you are really serious about perusing the same course in future and wants to do research in this field then you should opt for home science honours.
